If it was posted on HC I'd treat it with a grain of salt. Most of the HC posts are just gossip and little credibility is given to them although they do stimulate discussion amongst small shareholders. A report from a so called 'expert' is something else. The question is, 'is this person an 'expert'?' Who is he/she/it? We have a licensing system in place and the holders are held to certain standards--I've held an AFSL or its predecessors for over 35 years and have worked in the securities industry all my life. There is a difference between gossip, rumour and research.
My point is: does this person have some axe to grind? Who is he? Is he reputable or is he unqualified? Has he prepared reports on other companies and were they found to be credible?
