I'd second that. Hot copper is a discussion forum, which implies that the outcomes are negotiable and what is written are peoples opinions. Publishing a report claiming to be an expert is something entirely different, particularly when there are allegations made of smoothing earnings etc.
I expect that the author is either a short-seller or a competitor. This report I expect can only affect SP, and not earnings. People like earnings growth, and the SP will follow this.
If you are happy enough with the response from CCP, then hold or buy, otherwise sell and move your investment to something else to help you sleep better. There's still plenty of interest on the buy side of this stock. In some respects, the additional interest that this event has generated may kick off an upward trend.
