A market cap below the cash reserves signifies the market believes the management and direction of the company has net negative value ie the risks are that they will use up the reserves without adding value. While the proposed product under development has potential to earn significant sums, confidence in the management to succeed is low and falling. It was considered cheap at $1.50. Fortunately I didn't buy then either. A name change won't help only a change in approach.
