i'll check back on the agincourt/ox deal to double check by from memory Oxiana took over Agincourt and thus aquired wiluna but it didn't suit their strategy and they moved to shut the mine down?? in between they struck a deal with Apex and part of that deal was for the plant to go on care and maintenance by Oxiana. We are now told that Apex is not happy with various aspects of the plant which we elude have some connection to Oxiana's perceived duties during this care and maintenance period.
As far as output goes yeah i think they said they hit 120k pa output several times during february so i would imagine its on task or pretty close. Imo the initial way that Apex will look at boosting that output is using higher grade ore from the likes of east lode. I believe once cash starts flowing in the would look at drilling those higher grade targets so that they can prove up those zones and start mining them i would imagine this wouldn't be all that far away, a few months or so.
