Now unless the GoG have changed those rules as well GML can carry on exploring their lease as long as it takes and should have the right to extend it. The "Area" of the Exploration lease is usually halved at each renewal;
There is no "Legal" obligation for anybody to comply with "Arbitration" it only seeks to resolve issues by consensus
Usually is no "Legal" obligation on an Authority to renew / extend or recompense when an Exploration Licence expires
