I’m a little curious as to the time frame for approval of the generic Myring. It’s part of the reason I hopped back in. It’s been around 3 years since the original announcements were made and clearly it’s approval was expected way before now as suggested by the company. I know MYX has sent off its written response months ago now so is the delay partly associated with giving the first company 6 months of clear space to launch its generic product or not? By now 6 months is just about up. Based purely on Myring delays it makes me guess E4 may not get through as quickly as hoped. I’m less concerned about shorts as I think a few days of heavy trading will still see them out the door relatively unscathed. Sure MYX price will shoot up which will be great for LT SH. I think Myring is key in the near term to rebuilding profits in combination with Tolsura sales and is a great interim financial play whilst the waiting game for E4 continues. Despite the horrendous conditions in the US the Dow shot up overnight and may give MYX a strong kick towards the 50 cent level on Monday.
