As much as I agree with drinking lot's of beer and wine....1 Kg of e.coli in 365 L of water is a bit of a stretch. That means ~2.7 g of bacteria/L of H2O. Nowhere near close to reality. If you evaporate 1 L of tap water there isn't ~a teaspoon of bacterial sludge left.
Just drink beer and wine for the fun of it.
