Swedish Meatballs
Blend until tacky:
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs.
⅓ cups beef stock.
2 tablespoons butter.
1 cup minced fried onion.
2 rashers minced fried bacon.
500 gm beef mince.
350 gm pork mince.
2 large eggs.
1 dessert spoon salt.
1½ teaspoon black pepper.
1½ teaspoon sugar.
1 teaspoon ground allspice.
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
½ dozen splashes smoked tobacco sauce.
Make into meat balls.
Fry.
Then add the following:
2 cups beef stock.
1 tablespoon plain flour.
¼ cup rendered beef fat.
2 tablespoons sour cream.
