Cheese corn bread:
Combine the following in a large bowl and set aside.
8 tablespoons butter.
1¼ cups cornmeal.
¾ cup flour.
½ teaspoon baking soda.
In another bowl whisk the following:
1 cup buttermilk.
2 large eggs.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Then 1 cup cheder.
½ cup grated Parmesan.
Then combine.
Place in a 200 x 200 mm lined baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle ½ cup cheder on top and bake for 10 minutes more.
