Cheese puffs
they are nicer than scones!
in a medium bowl cake mixer or food process mix the following:
1 stick / 8 tablespoons / 100 grams of melted butter.
1 cup water.
1 cup self raising flour or add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to flour.
4 large eggs.
1 cup / 250 grams of tasty cheese.
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or rosemary.
salt and pepper to taste.
mix and roll into small balls.
bake for 20 to 30 minutes in a 180 to 225 degrees oven for 20 minutes!
