    I've never really understood what chem-trails are or what they're supposed to do.

    There's that much air sampling that goes on for all sorts of environmental reasons i suspect one of the millions of Green pressure groups would have publicised it by now.

    Much easier and much better dispersal if you just put whatever it is in the drinking water.
