Currently negotiating with bondholders to try to get them to maintain the status quo until the outcome of the appeal.

There is a hearing set down today "not before 4:15pm" where CMQ will try to get an order forcing the bondholders to delay action until the appeal if the bondholders do not voluntarily agree.

Bondholders will probably resist this as their money continues to deplete the longer things drag out. CMQ are offering to cut back their operations to minimise cash burn until then (but what the heck are 50 people doing all day now anyway? No sales, no production!)

If CMQ can't get the stay, it looks like bondholders can have a liquidator appointed pretty much straight away since they gave their notice 3 months ago. I think it's unlikely that an appeal date can be obtained before it's all too late
