Chemeq wants to appeal but the court will not necessary give leave to appeal. After David Williams appointment as CEO, CMQ's announcement were filled with wishy-wash corporate lingos far worst than Melrose's. Stark will never agree to stay the execution and the court is extremely unlikely to agree to CMQ's request.

This man presided over Duke Energy's demise and he is now perfecting his record where CMQ is heading.

We should not forget the goods were delivered and then the lingo changed to positioned; very confident of achieving name plate capacity transforming to satisfy it can achieve; will fight the ASIC case vigorously & agreeing with ASIC to postpone the case by months only to pleas guilty as soon as the case came up for hearing.

Anyone who believe what this man said deserves the results coming from him. What happened to the QC's opinion? Anyone willing to part with money, you will find a QC with an opinion to suit the occasion.

Despite all the bull$ hit DW served to Stark, they were willing to negotiate a settlement before serving the default notice. IF ONLY DW was smart enough to see the consequences of the arrogant route he pursued.
