Interesting reading that judgement... underhanded measures to disguise the true price of the deal with Inviro from bondholders, a observation from an expert vet that the product is not the wonder drug everyone believed it to be and therefore CMQ trying to sell it for too much (which would certainly explain the lack of sales). In fact it appears CMQ trying to charge more than double what it's worth to producers!
Also what happened to the shipping container which CMQ announced was delivered in December 2005, with another following "within weeks"? The court evidence proves the first shipment did not reach Inviro until late April/May 2006. Was this announcement an outright lie?
Now we find out that the product has a limited shelf life, so all the stock in CMQ warehouse is now worthless! Oh well, that's only another $1mil or $2mil down the drain. But they hope to use this stuff as a preservative in cosmetics? Not much use if it goes off in 6 months!
