It is amazing to see some old faithfuls still holding out hope of seeing zillions - unable to see that the setting up of the new company (a fully own subsidiary of CMQ) is to try to realise the shorfall to the Shark Financiers!

Those who had undiminished admiration for David Hale Williams' supreme artform like ASX announcements can invest in GOG!! www.greatoil.com.au

Dr Dan, for capital loss, the norm is to wait an eternity for the liquidator/administrator to announce there is no chance of any capital return to shareholders.

However if you get rid of your beneficial ownership to the shares in a bonafide transaction , (transfering legal title is not possible)you can then claim the capital loss.
This is the same principle as to why capital loss or gain is realise on the day you sell or buy shares and not on the day the title is registered in your name.

For a fee of $80 less $1 sale price, one can get rid of the beneficial ownership to a company "Delisted" that deal with dead horses. You can find more information at the following:

    Good Luck
