chemical company news

I've been spending a bit of time getting my head around the landscape around specialty chemical companies and found a couple of interesting snippets. (I am not endorsing them - just sharing)

First - a link to an article about specialty chemicals market.  I know this article is set in India but I found others that suggest a shift in the way this segment of the chemicals sector is regarded.

The other article of interest was about Huntsman Chemicals - the mysterious reference to a partnership with them.   At the meeting I asked Petra why there was no more detail about the nature of our relationship and the answer was something along the lines of "we absolutely cannot give any more detail". I took that to mean that Huntsman would not allow it.  

These two operate in the specialty chemicals market - another sign of consolidation in  the industry.
