20%+ recovery of OOIP looks possible from this presentation....so potentially 15+mill barrels.....costs look reasonable cheap....University of Wyoming appears to be a leader in researching these techniques....Hopefully the results of the university study will come out positive and next year we can get on with producing oil.....If it works there will be plenty of other opportunitys as chemical flooding has only been employed on a small scale...
