I hope the situation is the one which is described in the ARU homepage announcement and not the one which is described in the ASX announcement: If the agreement covers the feasibility study ARU would be in a very weak position after finalizing the study and negotiating then about the main agreement.
Initec then has not so much to lose if they negotiate hard, but ARU will lose at least 6 months.
