I hope there is some exhaustive studies done on any toluene or benzene supposedly found....one has to rule out that water contamination was not a result of conspiracy..

A proper isotope examination should be done this would identify the source.

Laser-induced resonant two-photon ionization of toluene and fluorobenzene cooled in a seeded supersonic expansion of Ar, combined with time-of-flight mass spectrometry, reveal the isotopic shifts of the vibronic origin of the 1B2 ?? 1A1 transition: 13C-toluene: +2.5 cm−1; 13C2-toluene: +5.4 cm−1; 13C-fluorobenzene: +1.9 cm−1. Large separation factors are observed for isotopes containing one and two 13C atoms"
