It's apparent that Congo and Cameroon are now in total agreement about how the regional project is to be implemented and have reached common consensus at the political and economic level.

As such, they are now going full steam ahead. That's the vibe I get from this high level ministerial level summit. The Cameroon Transport minister is almost acting as the Cameroon presidential envoy such as the air of authority. It's almost like a defacto project kick-off if you will.
