(represented by the Congolese Mines minister and the Cameroon Transport Minister - presidential envoy) are both highly satisfied with the progress (concerning an infrastructure agreement for the cross border Mbalam Nabeba iron ore project including the other Sangha deposits inferred) and that no time is being wasted with the suggestion that the Cameroon PM is to give the project go-ahead the seal of approval any moment now.
