Ofcourse you are correct Rob. 18years on the shelf and not profitable. Market doesn't forget quickly. But we need to give PNO credit where its due. They have managed to get the product onto shelfs. Now market it and let the consumer decide. 1tube? 10? 100?
Back of the envelop, people are saying 100tubes/month would generate $1.4mil pa @$4/tube profit. That would basically cover overheads. But marketing is likely to incease overall costs.
Break even point would be around 150tubes/month. We need a profit to value the company. So you're probably looking at 200tubes per store per month. Thats a very hard ask. So we need more stores and deals like todays.
The market is aware of this risk and the sp isn't responding but we went from 0.3/0.4 to 0.4/0.5 so its not bad. Would like to see some volume now.
