ChemX ‘HiPurA’ High Purity Alumina (HPA) Technology

This looks very interesting, low market cap of 18m upon listing. Right space right time, thinking of putting my hands up for $5k.

Cant find any seed prices, anyone interested in this one?

ChemX Materials Limited (ASX: CMX) is a materials technology company with a strategy to identify and develop new and innovative solutions to produce materials required for the global energy transition and de-carbonisation markets together with bringing more environmentally consciously produced materials to traditional industrial markets. The Company is initially focused on two areas. The first is in-house developed technology to process and supply High Purity Alumina (“HPA”) to the Lithium-Ion Battery and LED & Semiconductor markets.

The second area is the Eyre Peninsula Project comprising the Kimba Kaolin and Halloysite Project, together with the Jamieson Tank Manganese Project focusing on developing materials for the decarbonisation of industrial processes, Hydrogen storage, CO2 Capture, battery precursor material and other technologies utilising nanotube technology.

ChemX has entered into an agreement to acquire HiPurA Pty Ltd, the owner of an HPA processing technology. Global demand for HPA is primarily being driven by the demand for lithium-ion batteries, given the increasing transition to renewable energy sources. The HiPurA HPA technology is a unique and novel process (that is subject to a provisional patent application) utilising commonly available aluminous chemicals as a feedstock to produce HPA.

The global energy sector continues to transition from fossil fuel based systems of energy supply to renewable energy sources. There is an ever increasing demand for the environmentally sustainable development and supply of materials that feed into the renewables sector.
