A couple of years ago, a Dutch guy made "the riverside conversations" - a series of video interviews between Jim Rogers, Marc Faber and various political and economic figures. One of them was Kakha Bendookidze, the Georgian minister for economic reform.
In it they talked about investing in Georgia - farmland and in particular airports. If they had bought anything, I bet they're wishing they hadn't now.
