The CCC said Mr Stokes, as part of his dealings with Mr Burke and Mr Grill, had passed two DoIR letters to Mr Burke relating to the department's position on the proposal to change the land's zoning.
The commission said it was satisfied Mr Stokes believed Mr Burke and Mr Grill were able to influence Mr Bowler to advance his (Mr Stokes') career.
In one intercepted call between the two former MPs, Mr Grill had said: ``The truth is that I think Garry's gonna be our man in DoIR''.
Well after dealing with Mr's Hogan, Felberg etc I'm of the opinion all these gloating fat cats are shonky.
