I would like to have a crack at answering your post rather than Seamisty.

Your name brought up an ironic smile becuase in the courts the decision you get in my view is not what is fair but who has the best lawyers.

I know nothing about the this case but I look at the association with Wellington and in my and many other peoples eyes its all tarred with the same brush.

Take the placement of units by WC.

Courts stopped the rights issue but decided it was to late to stop the placement.

Now in one neat trick the litegation rights get flicked to a new company and the new shareholders hey presto get the benefit.

To bad about the people forced to sell out.

The craziest part of this was line by WC

either vote yes to my changes or its liquidation at 14 cents.....
