If the 98 mil goes ahead (which is believe it will), you would have to assume the 9.8bil shares will be locked into 12 month escrow, which is good news to get the ball rolling as the register is already chocker block.

Given this massive injection of funding, coupled with the fact that IO price is currently killing it, at 2 year highs and most likely to continue to go up throughout 2017, there really isn't a better time to be relisitng with a new name, new board and a tonne of cash in the bank.

This will go bezerk if everything is pulled off....honestly don't know how these guys even came up with the 6.5 mil, someone obviously sees value in the future of ANS ( god it feels good not to have to type/say PDY anymore!)

Gonna be a very interesting year, and here's hoping a very profitable one.
