I assume you've done some research already, . . . have you had a fairly thorough read through the PEN forum? There are some great threads with exceptional input from a few special posters which may answer some of your intended questions, there have been many asked here especially over the last 8 months or so.
Good idea to post your questions here before you send away as I'm sure there would some here that could probably answer a few of them for you & then if there are any that can't be answered, they could be sent in the hope of a response.
Just my thoughts.
