2010 will see the price of U rise substantially and PEN will too.We will all be enjoying our decision to be patient.In the short term the number of shares on issue is not a problem and may never be. This company is very sound. AS we all know it takes around four years to get into production and what is a bonus for PEN is we will be getting TOP DOLLAR for our U.
