Yes, there's a bit of good old winter weather blowing through the southern states. That said, wind is blowing more often than not so it does offer a picture of what's normal rather than the cherry picked Autumn lull that has been focused on by the geriatric fake news factory.
Notably, during that lull, we still regularly saw output in the 40- 50 % range during the day. Every day.
