I'll be voting for the pay rise for AG. Couldn't pay me enough to go through the sh$&t he's been through. I still don't buy the argument he "managed" the business poorly, what does he do answer the telephones rudely or disrespect his staff? His staff need to perform and there have been many things beyond his control that have happened since the takeover like Tory majority in parliament giving the insurers a reason to be combative, Medco, Osbourne changes etc. if the Torys lost the election last May the share price would be $5-8 imv
