Let's not get confused about what incentives are being discussed. Andrew Grech is the only person asking for a incentive bonus at this time. That's for future share price recovery. Chairmen Skippen has already taken a 50% pay rise.

While I'm a Shareholder I don't think it is fair to be paid extra to fix the problem they were in charge of. On the other hand if I was not a shareholder and management wanted to be paid 100% of any profits made as personal remuneration and never pay shareholders a dividend again it's none of my business.
