These guys would have done their own dd before making such a move....and obviusly concluded that the risk or price (at 90c) was certainly worth the reward....getting exposure to WW.

A director leaving and then being involved in a takeover is not unethical. Is Gail Kelly being unethical in her take over of Westpac....some could argue she has detailed knowledege of the St George business, and using this to gain an advantage. Thats called business.
