ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Chesser Resources and Eurasian Minerals Complete Definitive Agreement on Sisorta Project, Turkey

Chesser Resources (ASX:CHZ) is pleased to announce that Chesser and Eurasian Minerals (TSX-V:EMX) have executed a definitive option agreement with respect to exploration and potential future development of the Sisorta Project, located in northeast Turkey. The terms
of the definitive option agreement are as outlined in the company's press release of August 27th, 2007.

The agreement was finalised after a thorough due diligence review of technical and nontechnical
information associated with the project, including contracts, agreements,environment, community relations and infrastructure.

The Sisorta property is a volcanic-hosted high sulphidation epithermal project, in which drilling to date has demonstrated the existence of a significant body of near-surface oxide gold mineralisation with surface grades of up to 14 grams per tonne gold. Of the 22
drillholes completed to date on property, 17 have returned significant gold intersections.

The best intersection to date is 30.4 metres at 3.83 grams per tonne gold from drillhole Sis-5
starting at surface, including 22.0 metres at 5.00 grams per tonne gold. Drilling is currently under way on the property.
