So whats the deal here?
Are CHF saying that patents are being infringed on or that the technology in the patents is being used by other companies without paying any royalties or license revenue?
If so, are they looking to recover royalties & license fees from previous years or just to charge them for future usage?
How long before the patents run out?
Will any of this involve costly court battles?
