I didn't see anything spelled out literally along those lines. I'm patiently happy enough to wait for things to be revealed in their own good time right now. I do suggest that perhaps if anyone is less patient than me that they contact the company or do some research through whatever channels are available to them. I'm still pleasantly basking in the blissful warm glow of their court battle victory to worry about anything further at the moment.
