Normal course? What to you would be a normal course of action? Buy in before the results are peer reviewed and published at a artificial price with no negotiations, no due diligence, simply to appease emotional shareholders?
Do have an example of a "normal" course being "much faster? In any case - you wanting to know why this isn't "much faster" is irrelevant to the significance of the science. It'll move as fasts as it needs to - and as a holder I trust those in charge are capable of doing it right.
