Oh dear!!
I had a look at CHF's announcement and the director Kevin Dart has been buying in late August. Looking at the chart, it sure suggests to me that he's been trying to get the price to close on its high.
Wouldnt touch it. Would wonder what other dodges might be going on with that company.
