Your argument here seems to be if it can't be proven neither Mesoblast nor Teva haven't seen anything other than the binary response data, it proves that they did see it. Obviously, your logic is flawed.
The simple fact of the matter is that you either need to accept the trial was done properly and they haven't seen them or there were shenanigans and they have seen them. Neither is going to say they have seen anything other than the binary data, because the trial blind is then considered broken and the study useless. Not to mention the law suits that would follow.
