Can someone explain to me why the excellent results of the heart "failure" study, i.e. statistically proved reduction in MI's and strokes don't warrant FDA approval for treating patients in e.g. heart failure class II?
Why should missing the primary endpoint prevent this? Also because the different endpoints are statistically spoken unrelated.
