The closest I can see is this at the end of page 17 http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20160510/pdf/43744dh4l61zdq.pdf, (my emphasis)

"Interim trial results, whether based on surrogates or the primary endpoint will not be disclosed in order to protect the integrity of the trial, in accordance with the FDA's written guidance"

I am not certain whether that remark extends to Teva and Mesoblast receiving a yes/no answer, what do you think?

I would suggest it certainly means I won't get an answer to my email request about this issue and we won't be seeing it on the ASX any time soon
