Can't you understand that Teva is responsible for it's own strategic decisions?

MSB is not responsible for them. Since when does one company state what the rationale of another company is? If anyone is responsible for issuing that information it's Teva and they have no interest in MSB shareholders other than continuing to be shareholders themselves.

A poster has said that Michael Schuster has given a view that it wasn't data driven, which probably refers to the termination power in the contract in relation to data. Surely this is more than possibly likely to be true. Why don't you phone him to clarify and make your on assessment or is it easier to come into the MSB threads to set more hares running about who is responsible for clarifying the motivations of another company?

Oh and you have only ever made one HC post since 2013 and this is it? Equally bizarre.
