"When the trial started in early 2014, the aim was to recruit 1,700 patients. Since then 2 and a half years have passed, and they have only recruited about 240 patients."
Then one got to question why it has been so hard to recruit patients for the trial, either 1)the targeted market is not big enough 2) most centres do not take the trials serious enough to enter their patients in the trial possibly because they do not see a compelling enough results as far as objective measurements are concern, or the parties running the trial are not doing a good job, which is it? u cannot have your cake and eat it too in this case.
