ComSec is also uses Cboe (previously chi-x). ASX and Cboe have different queues, it’s not simply or necessarily correct that if your order routed to the market through Cboe you get the order fulfilled first.

Depends on the size of your orders and the stock, it’s possible your order broken down and to be pushed through both Cboe and ASX.

Also Cboe is day only platform, all orders are cleared at the end of the day, so when the orders pushed back into the queue on Cboe your order may end up at the front of the queue (ahead of the Cboe orders) but it doesn’t mean all the Cboe orders would be fulfilled ahead of the ASX orders.

Also Cboe doesn’t have pre market or post market closing auctions.

you shouldn’t be too concerned with which platform your orders fulfilled through unless you are a day trader or large active investor in that case, you could access ComSecOne and workout with the support staff which platform to route your orders through.

Otherwise you could take a chance, cancel your order on ASX and put it through again you may get lucky and be routed through Cboe. Depends on your funds, you could leave your existing order in place on ASX and put in another order if it goes through Cboe then cancel the order on ASX, otherwise cancel the latest order and keep trying.

    good luck
