Phoned up commsec because they charged me two fees incorrectly to my CDIA last week and they said they would reimburse me today, which they did but the sly dogs charged me extra on the trades I made today to reimburse themselves back. LOL
They went the extra mile too because the confirmed trades section showed the normal brokerage fee of 19.95 but the paper work has extra costs added that equalled to the reimbursement.....
