The Chinese are looking 20yrs + down the line and have no intention of stripping their supplies so the rest of world can keep theirs. Yep sure attract electronic industries to China but outside ,I dont think its high on their agenda. Probably dont give a rats. Would rather end users rip their faces off. Just saying coz thats what I'd do
