I think you answered my question Zog, would GEH build an ARC before they had proven that the Laser enrichment/reprocessing plant for UNF works? to me the the answer would be an emphatic NO.
But guess who already has RepU and lots of it, they want to use it in MOX fuel for BWR's , the only problem is that not many of the reactor people will or can use it in their reactors, possibly because of some of the nasties still left in their RepU?
But if this laser recycling works, I think they may have found the answers to the problems the existing enrichers have now?
I think this may be why they were invited to the GLE party?
