Tomato and beef stir fry:
In a hot pan very lightly fry the following:
250 gm beef stir fry.
½ teaspoon sesame oil.
Serve.
Separately fry well the following:
3 tomatoes cut into wedges.
1 tablespoons ketchup.
1 tablespoon light soy sauce.
¾ teaspoons brown sugar.
Pepper to taste.
Xo or Scrimp sambal paste to taste.
10 mm pressed ginger.
1 clove pressed garlic.
1 slice shallot.
1 diced spring onion.
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine.
Finish off with half a cup of chicken stock and little corn flour.
Serve with beef.
