watso bought about 2kg of marinated chicken pieces for half price (ie from $5.50/kg down to $2.75/kg) ...
the best way to cook them, in the pressure cooker, is to cook in about 1kg lots - but TOTALLY WRAPPED IN ALUMINIUM FOIL.. and on a trivet - for 30 minutes .
the automatic setting for cooking chicken in the pressure cooker that watso uses - is only for 15 minutes ..
the video at the following link shows some chicken pieces cooked on a trivet - and for 30 minutes ... watso would have wrapped the chicken in aluminum foil ..
