Chongqing chicken wings:
Barbecue 1½ kg of chicken wings and olive oil in smoked tobaccos sauce butter and olive oil.
Grind the following:

½ ounce dried shiitake mushrooms.
2 tablespoons whole Sichuan peppercorns.
2 tablespoons cumin seeds.
2 teaspoons fennel seeds.
2 star anise.
2 black cardamom pods.
1½ teaspoons cloves.
2½ tablespoons teaspoons brown sugar.
1 tablespoon salt.
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper.
Sprinkle spice mix on chicken after serving.
